A new addition to our range where at the foothills of ancient and mystical Preseli Mountains the bees gather early spring nectar at isolated apiaries that include flowers such as dandelion, primroses, bluebells and of course willow trees.
This first batch of spring honey is set, gently stirred creating a marbling effect most likely due to the high glucose content from the dandelions, creating a different mouthfeel and intricate flavours including the odd crisp of natural sugar crystal that melts away in the mouth. A full flavoured honey that has a long lasting and pleasant finish.
