Honey & Basil Daiquiri Cocktail

It was great being featured on ITV’s Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh on Sunday where The Times and Sunday Times writer and co-founder of Imbibe Alice Lascelles made a cocktail using our honey as a sweetener.

Alan Titchmarsh described it as "That’s a cracker", and special guest Robert Peston said "Oh wow, I enjoy this!"

Ingredients

• 50ml Ninefold Pure Single Rum
• 25ml Lime Juice
• 2tsp Cilgwenyn Gower Saltmarsh Wildflower Honey (…I thank you)
Handful of torn basil leaves

Simple instructions….. mix!
